Envision Physician Services is seeking Emergency Medicine Physician Assistants/Nurse Practitioners to join our team at Lake City Medical Center Emergency Suwannee located in Live Oak, FL. This 12-Bed ED provides quality care to the residents of Suwannee Valley and surrounding communities.

ED Features: 12-Bed ED 21,500 annual patient visits 24 hours Physician Coverage (12 hour shifts) State-of-the-art ED affiliated with Lake City Medical Center Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision and 401k with company match.
